About the role

As an Office Manager, you will be at the epicentrum of the company’s leadership. You are going to assist the decision-making process by arranging and providing key information in different business areas such as finance, sales, marketing, human resource, and law. You will collaborate and interface with the internal teams as well as the external parties including customers and suppliers. You are directly responsible for the overall office continuity and the smooth operations of the company. You will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and excellence.

Your tasks and activities

  • Assisting the CEO with bookkeeping, financial obligations, regulations, and human resources

  • Manage the support services and facilities including the buying process (from quotation to pay)

  • Manage the company events

  • Manage office procedures and administration systems

  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and customers


A Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering/Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Corporate Law.


This is a highly ambitious role where we need a person who wants to grow and learn first and foremost! Having the relevant experience in the area of finance and accounting, corporate law, and management assistance is of course better. Experience in generic organizational leadership, first hand handling customer or supplier are an advantage.

  • Analytical, attention to detail, structured way of working

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

  • Excellent command of verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia

  • Communicates professionally, negotiation and relationship-building skills

  • Reliability and discretion of confidential matters

  • Adaptability to pressure and flexibility to changes

  • Organizational skills

  • Bookkeeping skills

  • Knowledge of Indonesian corporate law and regulation is an advantage.
